I remember this year very well, at the end 2008 I was chosen for Jury Duty on a high profile court case and there was a real chance that the trial would continue to run over Christmas itself!
Thankfully the case ended just before but as a result I had little time to record my festive tune. I opted to record an existing arrangement with some personal tweaks finding a great arrangement in 'Guitar Classics' magazine.
Basically it was all a little rushed and short but I had to keep that tradition going :)
This was recorded with my Fylde Magician acoustic but this time I didn't have the Rode NT1-A mci any more so I had to mash together a track recorded with a Shure SM58 and the DI from the onboard acoustic pickup.
Therefore it's not an ideal recording but for the re-mix I managed to tweak out a little more clarity and balance things a little better.
